Host your next workshop or event at Regency Theatre. Ideal for small meetings or stage productions, the facility’s lobby can seat 150 people, while the Peter Aston Auditorium comfortably accommodates up to 308 people.
Make an impact on your audience with this wonderful facility for a flat rental fee of $1,500.00. The theatre features ample parking, a spacious, fully air-conditioned foyer and auditorium, comfortable rake seating with great sightlines, licensed bar and concession area and modern audio/visual and lighting technology. For your convenience, our technical (lighting, sound and stage) crew and front of house/bar staff are also available for your events.
SUMMARY OF RENTAL FEES:
A flat rate fee of $1,500.00 BSD per performance inclusive of lights, sound, bar, and front of house.
A $500.00 deposit is required to secure a date.
Non-tech rehearsals start at $150.00 for 3 hour blocks with work lights only and without air conditioning.
Non-tech rehearsals start at $350.00 for 3 hour blocks with work lights only and with air conditioning.
$450 per rehearsal inclusive of air-conditioning, sound and light technicians
(For most shows, a minimum of one full tech rehearsal is required.)The lobby alone is $350.00 including A/C, but does not include the bar. Bar is to be kept and operated by FPG staff only. NOTE: If alcohol is being provided, it must be complimentary or included in the ticket cost to patrons.
Anything over three (3) hours will be billed at B$50 for each additional 30 minutes over the three (3) hour period.
Backstage Props, Costumes and Accesories Rentals
$15 per prop, per day used (includes if used for rehearsal)
$10 per costume, per day used (includes if used for rehearsal)
$25 security deposit (returned once items are returned, inspected and are not damaged)
